Guide to mass list and automate your WhatsApp watch listings

First, navigate to your watch inventory

Press "WhatsApp Bot" in the top right and download the version that fits your computer specifications.

For MAC

Once the .dmg file is downloaded, open it and drag the Chronowise App into your applications

Now open up the Chronowise app. You should see a screen that asks you for an access code.

Navigate back to your Chronowise tab in your chrome browser, and click "generate access key" in the WhatsApp Bot section.

Copy that code to your clipboard, go back to your Chronowise Mac App and paste the access key and click "Validate."

Once you do that a Chromium tab should open up asking you to log in to your WhatsApp. If you're having any issues with the Chromium tab opening up, re-launch the app. That should fix it.

Now navigate back to the Chronowise Mac App. You should now see it looks like this.

The first thing you want to do before you send out bulk messages on WhatsApp is create your contact lists of people you want to send out these messages to. You can add different watch groups or individual contacts to a contact list.

Once you check the groups/contacts you want to have in your list, you can re-name the list to what you choose (e.g. Rolex Contact List) and then press "save list."

Now go back to the messages section of the app. You can select which watch and which contact list you would like to mass send your listing too. If for some reason the preview doesn't look right, you can edit the information you want through the regular Chronowise app.

Now once you press "Send to X List" it automatically sends all the information to all the people you've chosen with about a 1-2 second gap in between. You can check the messages through the Chromium app or the WhatsApp on your phone.
